Our Italian Roast boasts many of the same attributes as our French Roast with a slightly more hardy roast. It is roasted at a higher temperature for a little longer of a period of time allowing it to reach its darkest peak without burning the coffee.
You can find a lot of the same tasting notes with a hardier smokiness. Italian Roast is the darkest coffee that we offer and is absolutely delicious!
