The 2.5 inch Bearded Butchers Branded fibrous mahogany casings are a great size of casing for making summer sausage.
Each CASEhas 12 packs, with each pack containing 10 casings. There will be 120 casings in total, and all fully stuffed should hold about300-350 pounds of meat.
Keep sealed and dry when not in use.
Instructions:
- Load casing onto stuffing horn
- Extrude meat into casing
- Tie casing shut (includes twist tie)
